Involve young residents in district governance and create opportunities for professional growth.

Founder, sponsor and Chair of the Youth Government.
What was done
- Established the organisation from the ground up.
- Organised events and the first district youth forum.
- Provided mentoring and involved young people in public activities.
Result and status
More than 40 events organised, reaching over 6,000 people. Alumni have joined public authorities and become heads of regional youth organisations. The project ranked among the top 100 entries in the Sluzhenie Award and the top 10 in its category.
